Shipping Information
We ship from two locations to ensure fast delivery to our customers worldwide:
- Ukraine – for customers in Ukraine and neighboring countries
- Switzerland – for customers in Europe and international destinations
Delivery Times
Ukraine:
- Within Ukraine: 2-5 business days
- Europe: 7-14 business days
- International: 10-21 business days
Switzerland:
- Switzerland: 1-3 business days
- Europe: 3-7 business days
- International: 7-14 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over a certain amount (varies by region).
Returns Policy
Return Period
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
How to Return

- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship to the address we provide (Ukraine or Switzerland, depending on origin)
Refunds
